Malaysian Take-Out Window in Seattle Became a Busy Restaurant

2018 update. Several years ago Kedai Makan opened up a brick and mortar establishment that seems to have a line at all hours they are open. I am thrilled for their success and continue to enjoy the amazing food they prepare that reminds me of Malyasia.

After working hard in a food truck, this team, Kevin Burzell and Alysson Wilson, opened Kedai Makan a take-out window restaurant on Olive Way in the Capitol Hill neighborhood!  They are producing some serious traditional dishes to a cult group of fans that work in restaurants in the neighborhood.
