My new book is with the editor!

After almost two years of writing I have stopped tinkering with The Cooking Class in Saint Remy de Provence. I think it's a terrific story, moves quickly has a fair amount of humor, little bit of great sex and tons of good food and scenery.

Escape to the French Riviera and the countryside of Provence for all the sensual joys of art, travel and fine dining. Three sophisticated women go on holiday to have fun and savor the culture of Provence. They learn about the difficulty of keeping secrets, friendship and love later in life.

Much of the action takes place at Bernadette’s cottage in Eze sur Mer and at a chateau hotel in the village of Saint Remy de Provence. There I am working on the book on the terrace of Bernadette‘s cottage and the beach below the cottage where Bernadette and Amy swim every morning. The chateau and its swimming pool where Bernadette and Amy swim every morning, eat breakfast and have drinks after dinner.

The editor, Debra Ginsberg, frequently takes four to six weeks. Re-writes with Debra's comments could take another month. The artist, Daria Schubert, will show me some cover designs this week. I will share my favorite soon. I'm going to learn about audio production and advertising to prepare for Spring or early Summer release. The audio book of the Cooking Class in San Sebastian was very popular and expensive. I am thinking of going against all the advice and reading it myself instead of hiring a professional. I think I’d do a better job.

I'm excited!
